Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing client expectations for support requests regarding server/network/ and security issues
  • Accurately and efficiently addressing client support requests
  • Being intensely focused on standards and alignment in client environments
  • Being able to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Adding a human touch to technical services
  • Thinking logically and systematically to solve issues
  • Following and documenting processes
  • Having fun being a part of a team that is helping businesses grow in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas

Certifications or documented experience in the following is a requirement;

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Group Policy Administration
  • Microsoft Cloud Platforms
  • VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Cisco network infrastructure including;
    • switching
    • routing
    • firewalls
    • wireless
  • Cyber Security framework and implementation and troubleshooting
  • Analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills
